Have a safe and restful summer!
I hope that all teachers, staff, and students have a safe and restful summer. What a great time to re-charge your personal batteries, spend quality time with family and friends, and get some physical rest as the 2011-2012 school year will be here before we know it!
It is not a time, however, to put learning aside. In fact it is the perfect time to explore learning with your children. Read a book, explore the world at your fingertips through the internet, or visit our wonderful parish library and open doors of opportunity for you and your child to grow closer together while he or she grows with knowledge. Our children right here in Washington parish will have to compete in a global economy. By working with them over the summer you give them a world full of opportunities!!
